We aim to provide a seamless experience for all our customers. Please review our cancellation and refund policies carefully.
Cre8tivTech - is a brand owned and operated by CRTE Solution LLP.
Subscription Cancellation:
Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Subscriptions:
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription.
Annual Subscriptions:
You may cancel your subscription within 3 days of purchase for a full refund.
After 3 days, cancellation will prevent auto-renewal but no refund will be issued.
Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of our digital product, all payments are non-refundable.
Refunds may be issued in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
Only in exceptional circumstances refunds must be requested within 72 hours of the initial subscription or activation
Refunds are not available for renewals, upgrades, or ongoing services beyond the 3-day window.
Refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment.
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
Double payment or overcharge.
Technical issues on our platform that prevent you from using the service, for which no solution is provided within 3 days.
Incorrect plan activation due to system errors.
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase.
Dissatisfaction due to lack of understanding of the product features.
Failure to use the product during the subscription period.
How to Request a Refund:
If you meet the criteria for a refund, please follow these steps:
Email us at connectcre8tivtech@gmail.com with the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Subscription Plan Name]".
Provide your account details (Name, Email, Subscription ID).
Describe the reason for your refund request clearly.
Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
Dispute Resolution:
In case of any dispute regarding the subscription or refund, please reach out to our support team for resolution.
