"Services" refer to the sub-accounts, white-label accounts, and any related software solutions provided under your brand through our website.

By using our services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
User Accounts
Users must create an account to access certain services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
Sub-Accounts and White-Label Accounts
You are authorized to use sub-accounts (Cre8tivTech) and white-label accounts under your brand.
You are responsible for managing your sub-accounts and white-label accounts.
Misuse of our services, including unauthorized reselling, may result in account suspension.
Payment Terms
All subscription fees must be paid in advance, either monthly, quaterly or annually, as per your chosen plan.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with prior notice to you.
Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers, and we do not store your payment information.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital product, all payments are non-refundable.
Refunds may be issued in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
Only in exceptional circumstances refunds must be requested within 72 hours of the initial subscription or activation
Refunds are not available for renewals, upgrades, or ongoing services beyond the 3-day window.
Refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment.
After the refund window closes, all sales are considered final.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use our services for any illegal, abusive, or harmful activities.
Misrepresent yourself or your brand.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the underlying code of our services.
Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.
Intellectual Property
Cre8tivTech retains all rights to the brand name, logo, and proprietary software solutions.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for legitimate purposes.
All accounts launched using Cre8tivTech must be operated under your own brand name, entity, and business identity.
You are not permitted to use "Cre8tivTech " in any marketing, branding, or customer-facing materials unless explicitly authorized in writing.
Any misuse of the Cre8tivTech name, logo, assets, documentation, or association will result in immediate suspension and legal action where applicable.
Ownership and Responsibility
You are fully responsible for your business operations, including platform content, marketing, pricing, customer support, compliance, and legal obligations.
All customer payments must be processed through your own payment gateway and business bank accounts.
Cre8tivTech does not control your transactions, sales, or customers.
Platform Use and Conduct
You agree to use the platform lawfully and ethically.
You must not:
Use the system for fraud, illegal activities, or to distribute harmful content.
Reverse engineer, replicate, resell, or offer Cre8tivTech as a public tool.
Violation of these terms will result in suspension or permanent account termination.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice for violating these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
Limitation of Liability
Cre8tivTech is strictly a technology infrastructure provider. We do not engage in:
Sales or marketing to your end-users
Payment collections or financial reconciliation
Handling disputes, refund claims, or service delivery to your customers
As such, we hold no liability whatsoever for:
Any financial gains or losses incurred by you
Refund claims or disputes raised by your users
Regulatory or legal issues arising from your business operations
Brand misrepresentation, non-performance, or user dissatisfaction
All such matters fall under your exclusive control and responsibility.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cre8tivTech, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
